virtual group therapy + intensives

All groups are:

  • Facilitated by Michael Kluba.

  • Virtual via Zoom.

  • Available to British Columbia, Alberta, + Saskatchewan residents.

  • All groups are delivered in a structured, intensive format¹.

  • I aim for every group to be a safe space that acknowledges and respects diversity. Diversity of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, and ability.

  • Times are shown in central standard time (CST). I reside in Saskatoon, SK. and times shown are specific to my location. Click here for a time zone converter I find useful.

  • I am a registered social worker. Most insurance policies provide coverage for registered social worker services. Check with your insurance provider to confirm. Otherwise, receipts may be submitted with your personal income tax as a medical expense.

  • •”Intensives” compress therapy programs, that occur over a period of weeks or months, into a condensed timeframe, and over a shorter duration.
    •Intensives are often appealing to folks, due to their fast, efficient pace.
    •A growing body of literature has revealed evidence that intensives are just as effective as traditional, long-term therapy programs for some areas of practice and for some individuals.

Confronting Adaptive Patterns of Compulsive Sexual Behaviours

    1. You recognize sex and/or porn use that has become problematic for you or you have been told you have a sex and/or porn addiction.

    2. You are 19 years of age or older.

Payment can be made by: Credit card, direct debit, or eTransfer (klubatherapy@gmail.com). Payment is required upon registration. Payment plans may be available for some groups. When applicable, this will be noted in the dropdown menu of a given group above. You can add your credit card or bank account number to your secure client portal account created for you once you register. This allows for a smooth and streamlined payment. You can also etransfer. Cancellation policy: As I am a private therapist, because your registration may have been filled by another individual, and because a multi-session commitment is required for groups/intensives, payment is required in full at the time of registration. If a payment plan is available and selected during registration, a credit card or bank account will need to be added to your secure client portal account created at time of registration. eTransfer is not available for payment plans.
Insurance/Benefits:

  • I am a registered social worker (RSW) in BC, AB, and SK. Insurance plans and extended benefits typically cover services for RSWs. Please inquire with your insurance provider to confirm. Please note: I do not direct bill to third party insurance plans.

  • I am an approved counsellor with Victim Services, and I’m a mental health provider with Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB). Please inquire with these organizations for further information on obtaining coverage for group therapy.
