how to join a virtual session

First of all, please ensure you have Zoom downloaded on your computer or mobile device. Click here to download Zoom. You do not need a Zoom subscription or account. Please ensure you’ve downloaded Zoom prior to your appointment, so we can utilize your therapy time for therapy.

You will receive a reminder e-mail 24 hours before your session from notifications@owlpractice.com. It will be titled, ‘Appointment Reminder/Zoom Link for [Your Name] on [Date] at [Time].’ In the e-mail, you will find the Zoom link to join the session. Copy/paste the Zoom link into your browser or open Zoom and enter the Meeting ID and Passcode provided in the reminder email. These emails occasionally go to the junk/spam folder, so please check there if you can’t find the email in your inbox.

If you can’t find the e-mail, no worries. You can join the video session by:

  1. Clicking here to go to the online client portal login page.

  2. Click on ‘Sign In’ in the top menu, then enter your username and password. If you’re new to the client portal, you should have been e-mailed your username and password from klubatherapy@gmail.com.

  3. Once you’re logged in, click on ‘My Account’ in the top menu.

  4. You’ll find the Zoom link at the top of the ‘My Account’ page. Click the link or copy/paste it into your browser.

  5. From there, follow the on-screen instructions. I will admit you to the session once I’ve joined.
